We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible. As a general guide the time frame for receipt of goods is as follows:
UK and Ireland: 2 – 4 days
Europe: 5 – 7 days
Rest of world 10 – 14 days

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Laser and Paypal.
Once you have completed an order on our website and made payment, we will send you an email confirming the order.
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send another email to let you know your goods are on their way.
It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted on our website. If that happens, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you wish to buy at the new price.
Security of your credit card
We take care to make our website safe for you to use. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.
If you change your mind we have a full money back guarantee on all our products within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
We don't refund postage for returned goods unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty goods
We take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit we will offer a refund or exchange. We will not in any way be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Please contact us by telephone or mail within 2 days so we can make arrangements for return or refund. If we require you to return the goods because of a fault or damage, we will refund postage costs.
We have taken every possible step to provide high resolution images of our products. However, due to variations in monitor colours we cannot guarantee that the actual product will look identical to what you see on your monitor.
