Worldwide delivery of jewellery, Blackthorn Walking Sticks and small pieces of china and crystal are charged at the flat rate.
Worldwide delivery of heavier items of china and crystal are charged by weight and this is calculated in the shopping cart before you enter your address at checkout.
We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible. As a general guide the time frame for receipt of goods is as follows:
UK and Ireland: 2 – 4 working days
Europe: 5 – 7 working days
Rest of world 10 – 14 working days

Click and Collect
We offer a free 'Click and Collect' service. Select this option at checkout and we will email you when your items are ready to pick up at our shop in Belleek.
We offer the same high level of customer service to our online customers as if you are shopping in person at our store in Belleek.
If you change your mind we have a full money back guarantee on all our products within 14 days of receipt.Returned goods must be in original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
*For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
Damaged or faulty goods
We take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the unlikely event that any such items are damaged in transit we will offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us by telephone or mail within 2 days so we can make arrangements for return or refund. If we require you to return the goods because of a fault or damage, we will refund postage costs.
Cancellation of Purchase
We appreciate that sometimes people make purchases in error. In the event that you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, please email us at email@example.com. However, once goods have been dispatched we are unable to cancel an order until the goods are returned to our premises.
