A few of us went gallivanting to the Sunflower Field at Lappin's Vegetable Farm. 400,000 sunflowers cheerfully swaying in the breeze! Our eyes widened with delight when we saw the sight of them. Such a happy place to spend a morning!
While on staycation in Newcastle, Co. Down in September 2021, I challenged myself to climb Northern Ireland's highest Peak - Slieve Donard in the Mourne Mountains.
In order to get some prep in for Pancake (or Fat) Tuesday, a good walk was on the agenda. Caroline and the gorgous Troy joined me for a dander along Tullan Strand in Bundoran, Co. Donegal.
